How much can u make per annum if you are a good immigration lawyer?
I got offered 1800 for it still broken, but I paid 2500 for it!! I dont wanna go get it fixed because I might find out there is more problems with it and i cant afford to sort the engine out. My friend said to do an insurance job on it, I would get a courtersy car until my money came through. But it is a 02 plate Golf and would they give me much for it? Obviously I would get whiplash compensation and it wouldn’t mess with my no claims because it wouldnt be my fault??

The situation was my wife works at a well known UK supermarket, she was stood on a tray at work to read a label up high when a work colleague of her’s comes along and kicks at the tray, not enough to cause her lose her balance or anything but enough for her to try and keep her balance jar-ing her back as she felt it pull at the time and was in pain, my wife has had a ongoing back complaint which she has had chiropractic treatment for and has been off work before when her back has pulled in the past…….but nothing recently IE the last six months until now she has been fine, but thanks to this prats actions she has now had to go off sick (signed off by her gp) for a week because her back is aching and having to have more treatment at £35 a go at the chiro’s…Who is responsible the cost of her treatment, the idiot that kicked at the tray she was standing on or equally the employer as her injury occurred at work as a result of another employees actions?
Bodily Injury and Property Damage to Others is a liability coverage, and only pays out to a third party. Therefore, if you rented a plane, and crashed it into a person’s house, BI/PD would cover the damage to the house and the injuries to the occupants of the house. It would not cover any injuries to you, or the aircraft that you rented….weird huh?
