City Accident Response are providing you an opportunity to get up to £200.00 of High Street Gift Vouchers for each non-fault accident claim you refer to us. You can choose which outlet you wish to receive the gift vouchers for from the following options:

• Argos
• Debenhams
• Marks & Spencer’s
• Next
• Tesco

In addition to this we will donate a further 10% of your referral amount to our nominated charity, Francis House, for all referrals received up to & including 31/12/2009.

Terms & Conditions of offer:

• £200.00 gift voucher offer is broken down as follows:
• £150.00 for each qualified personal injury claim accepted by our panel of solicitors
• £50.00 for each qualified hire vehicle provided
• Gift vouchers will be issued within 7 days of the claim being accepted by our solicitors
• Gift vouchers will be issued to the person who referred the claim to City Accident Response (2002) Ltd.
• The referrer will advise which store they wish to receive their gift vouchers in. The total gift vouchers awarded will only be provided for one store only and cannot be broken down into a mixture of different stores. 
• We cannot provide a referral directly to an individual making a claim. Under the regulations of the Ministry of Justice it is not possible to offer an immediate cash payment as an inducement for making a personal injury claim.
• This promotional offer ends 31st December 2009.
