We use an online job tracking system called Claimwatch to keep our customers and work providers fully updated throughout the repair process on their vehicle. We keep our customers up-to-date in various different ways including text messages, emails and a personal web page. Work providers can also monitor the status of their insured vehicles at a touch of a button.
